Getting to the clinic
By car: 6620 Finch Ave W, Unit 9, is on the north side of Finch Avenue West just east of Highway 27. There’s free patient parking in front of the unit. Coming from the 401, exit at Highway 27 south and turn east on Finch, about a 4-minute drive.
By TTC: Bus routes 36 Finch West, 36A, 73 Royal York, and 73C all stop within a three-minute walk of the clinic. From Finch West subway station, the 36 westbound bus takes about 25 minutes.
Accessibility: The clinic is on the ground floor with step-free entry. Treatment rooms and washrooms are wheelchair accessible.
What to expect on your first visit
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to handle paperwork. A new-patient form covers your medical history, the issue that brought you in, and your insurance details. Wear loose clothing you can move in, shorts and a t-shirt work for most lower-body, back, and shoulder concerns.
The first session runs about 60 minutes: assessment, working diagnosis, treatment plan with a realistic timeline, and your first treatment. You’ll leave knowing how many sessions are likely, what each one will cost, and what your insurance will cover.
Insurers we direct-bill
Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Great-West Life, Desjardins, Pacific Blue Cross, Industrial Alliance, Equitable Life, ClaimSecure, Johnson Inc, and most other major Canadian extended health plans. We also direct-bill WSIB for workplace injuries and bill HCAI directly for motor vehicle accident claims under your accident benefits.
If your insurer isn’t on the list, bring your benefits card anyway, many plans reimburse 80–100% on submission and we can give you the receipt you need.
