No. You can book directly with us. If you have extended health insurance, check whether your plan requires a referral for reimbursement, we can help you find out.

Most extended health plans cover chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage. We bill many providers directly. For motor vehicle accident or WSIB claims, treatment is covered through your accident benefits or claim, we’ll walk you through it.

Most new patients are seen within 5 business days. Call (416) 489-5313 if you need something sooner, we keep slots for urgent cases.

Your health card, a list of current medications, and your insurance details (or claim number, if MVA/WSIB). Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

Yes. We treat MVA patients regularly and bill your auto insurance directly. We also document your treatment for your claim.

Initial visits run about 60 minutes, they include assessment plus your first treatment. Follow-ups are usually 30 minutes. Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to handle paperwork on your first visit.

Yes. We direct-bill most major insurers including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Great-West Life, Desjardins, and Pacific Blue Cross. We also direct-bill WSIB and HCAI for motor vehicle accident claims. You typically pay $0 at the desk.

Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, tennis and golfer’s elbow, knee injuries, ankle sprains, rotator cuff problems, headaches and TMJ, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, work-related strain, and motor vehicle accident injuries.

We’re at 6620 Finch Ave W, Unit 9, Etobicoke, ON M9V 5H7, just east of Highway 27. Free parking on-site. Bus routes 36, 36A, 73, and 73C all stop within a three-minute walk.

For most insurance plans, no. WSIB claims do require an initial doctor’s note, but we can help guide you through that step. For private insurance and direct payment, you can come straight to us.

Most patients see meaningful change in 4–6 sessions for routine soft-tissue or joint issues. Chronic or post-surgical cases may need 8–12 sessions. We re-assess at week 3 and again at week 6 so you always know exactly where you stand.

Loose clothing you can move in, shorts and a t-shirt work for most lower-body, back, and shoulder issues. We have gowns available if you’d prefer to change.

Yes. We see children and teens for sports injuries, growth-related issues like Sever’s disease, posture concerns, and post-fracture rehab. A parent stays in the room for patients under 16.

Yes, with at least 24 hours notice, there’s no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours may be billed at the full session rate per clinic policy.

Absolutely. We treat patients well into their 80s and 90s for arthritis, balance and falls prevention, post-stroke rehabilitation, hip and knee replacements, and chronic pain. Most extended health plans for seniors cover physiotherapy and chiropractic.

Physiotherapy focuses on exercise rehab, manual therapy, and progressive loading to rebuild strength and range of motion. Chiropractic focuses on spinal and joint adjustments to restore alignment and mobility. Many patients benefit from both, and we coordinate so you get the right mix.
