Physio Wellness provides physiotherapy, chiropractic, and related wellness services. Booking an appointment does not guarantee treatment eligibility, which remains subject to clinical assessment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Fees for services are due at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept direct billing to applicable insurance providers where available; however, you remain responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance plan.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Physio Wellness related to appointment reminders, offers, and account-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us at (416) 489-5313. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
